隱私政策

本政策說明本App如何收集、使用、保護您的資訊。使用本App即表示您同意本政策內容。

一、收集的資訊

  1. 設備識別碼（UUID）：用於識別設備、免費次數限制（非會員終身3次免費）、會員權益驗證，不綁定個人身份。
  2. Apple登入資訊：僅用於帳號驗證，不取得電郵以外之隱私資料。
  3. 使用記錄與生成內容：您輸入的創作提示、AI生成的小說內容、故事大綱、角色設定、場景描寫等，用於提供AI服務、展示歷史記錄，僅儲存在本機與伺服器必要暫存。
  4. 購買記錄：用於驗證會員資格（月度/年度/永久會員），由Apple負責處理付費資訊。
  5. 本App不主動收集：姓名、電話、地址、相簿、定位、通訊錄等個人隱私資料。

二、資訊使用目的

  1. 提供AI創作服務：小說生成、小說續寫、故事大綱、文字潤飾、取名神器、場景描寫、角色設定、劇情靈感等8項核心功能。
  2. 驗證會員權益：免費額度（非會員終身3次）與付費會員狀態（月度/年度/永久）驗證。
  3. 保障服務安全：改善服務穩定性、偵錯、防濫用、防惡意調用。
  4. 不作其他用途：不會用於廣告、行銷或未經授權的商業用途。

三、第三方服務聲明

  1. 本App依賴第三方AI模型介面提供生成服務，您輸入的內容會傳送至第三方處理。
  2. 內購付費由Apple負責，相關資訊受Apple隱私政策規範。
  3. 第三方業者可能有其獨立之隱私規範，本App無法控制其處理方式。

四、資訊共享與揭露

  1. 不會出售、出租、共享您的設備資訊與使用數據給第三方。
  2. 僅在法律要求、政府調查、公共安全、維護權益時才依法提供。

五、資料安全

  1. 採用加密傳輸保護資料傳輸過程。
  2. 僅保存最小必要資訊，不留存敏感個人資料。
  3. 採取存取限制與技術措施防止資料外洩。

六、用戶權利

  1. 停止使用：您可隨時停止使用本App，停止收集資訊。
  2. 刪除本地記錄：您可自行刪除本地創作紀錄與生成記錄。
  3. 管理訂閱：您可透過Apple設定管理訂閱與個人資料。
  4. 帳號註銷：如欲刪除帳號與相關資料，可透過App內功能申請。帳號註銷享有7天冷靜期，期間可隨時取消註銷申請，7天後將永久刪除所有相關資料。

七、兒童隱私

本App不針對未滿13歲兒童設計，若您未滿13歲請勿使用。未滿18歲應於監護人同意下使用。

八、政策更新

我們可能更新本政策，更新後將於App內公告，繼續使用視為接受新版本。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the content of this policy.

1. Collected Information

  1. Device identifier (UUID): Used to identify devices, limit free usage (3 free uses for non-members), and verify membership benefits, not bound to personal identity.
  2. Apple login information: Only used for account verification, does not obtain private data other than email.
  3. Usage records and generated content: Your writing prompts, AI-generated novels, outlines, character settings, scene descriptions, etc., used to provide AI services and display historical records, only stored locally and in necessary server temporary storage.
  4. Purchase records: Used to verify membership status (monthly/yearly/lifetime), payment information is handled by Apple.
  5. The App does not actively collect: Personal privacy data such as name, phone number, address, photo album, location, or contacts.

2. Information Usage Purposes

  1. Provide AI writing services: Novel generation, continuation, outline creation, text polishing, name generation, scene description, character setting, and plot inspiration (8 core features).
  2. Verify membership benefits: Free quota (3 free uses for non-members) and paid membership status (monthly/yearly/lifetime).
  3. Ensure service security: Improve service stability, debug, prevent abuse, and prevent malicious calls.
  4. Other uses: Will not be used for advertising, marketing, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Third-party Service Statement

  1. The App relies on third-party AI model interfaces to provide generation services, and the content you input will be transmitted to third parties for processing.
  2. In-app purchases are handled by Apple, and related information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
  3. Third-party providers may have their own independent privacy regulations, and the App cannot control their processing methods.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

  1. Will not sell, rent, or share your device information and usage data to third parties.
  2. Will only provide information in accordance with the law when required by law, government investigation, public safety, or protection of rights.

5. Data Security

  1. Use encrypted transmission to protect the data transmission process.
  2. Only save the minimum necessary information, no sensitive personal data is retained.
  3. Implement access restrictions and technical measures to prevent data leakage.

6. User Rights

  1. Stop using: You can stop using the App at any time to stop information collection.
  2. Delete local records: You can delete local creation records and generation records by yourself.
  3. Manage subscriptions: You can manage subscriptions and personal data through Apple settings.
  4. Account deletion: If you want to delete your account and related data, you can apply through the in-app function. Account deletion has a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel the deletion request at any time. After 7 days, all related data will be permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not use it. Those under 18 should use it with guardian consent.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy. After the update, it will be announced in the App. Continued use is deemed to accept the new version.
